The Same Only Different

Channeling Richard Nixon, "Let me make myself perfectly clear", I am still not supporting Gabriel Gomez, but I am going to defend him. I think he has gotten himself into a sticky situation with the tax break on his home.
I agree with the statement made by Gomez,
When asked if he would take the tax break again, Gomez responded, “I followed the rules, it’s as simple as that.” - CBS Boston
And he is correct, he followed the rules. In fact he followed the same rules that Ed Markey voted for.
Thousands of others have taken the same tax break, aimed at encouraging preservation of historic homes, and in 1980 the House – including Congressman Markey – voted unanimously to continue it. - CBS Boston
Of course for the Democrats this is wrong, after all how can a republican (or someone who claims to be a republican)  not pay all the taxes he is supposed to? How dare he hold money back from the government! That just isn't ri... oh wait a minute. Wasn't there another democrat from Massachusetts who may have done the same thing? Let me think. Oh yeah...
John Kerry

That's right, it's our own former Senator John Kerry, who saved himself $500,000 by docking his yacht in Rhode Island instead of Massachusetts. but of course the democrats forget about that, after all it is old news.

It's the same, only different.

  1. Hey at least he didn't move a fire hydrant so he could park in front of his home like the same yacht guy did.
this is all just .... one finger pointing at a RINO and three fingers pointing back at their own democrats.
