As you already know, I’ve been quite adamant about protecting our property rights and core American principles against Agenda 21 institutions. What you may not be aware of is my attempt to help Representative Anne Cartwright from New Hampshire. She is a true patriot and is standing tough against this aggression in her State. I’ve already gone to NH once to give testimony and it looks like I’ll be going back again soon. I just got off the phone with her and she made it clear the battle is still ongoing.
HB1634 is currently sitting in the “House MUNICIPAL AND COUNTY GOVERNMENT” Committee. Due to some political maneuvering by detractors, the bill bypassed the “Constitutional Review” Committee. Ideally we want to attempt to push it to that committee, where it belongs, so I’ll be trying to apply pressure in that direction. However, it’s entirely possible that we’ll have to fight it out with the HMCGC which has a couple friendly’s, a couple detractors, and the rest have absolutely no idea what Agenda 21 is.
I told Representative Cartwright that I would try to put together a few more people that have firsthand experience dealing with ICLEI, Agenda 21 intermediaries, and centralized planning (Regional Planning Commissions) and see if they could be available to testify as well.
I wish I could tell you when the meeting is, but politics just doesn’t work like that….especially in NH. Representative Cartwright calls me the moment she hears anything. The last time there was no warning and a second hearing hand to be held. Anyway, if this passes in NH, we’ll be in far better shape here in Massachusetts. Here’s the language of the bill.http://www.nhliberty.org/bills/view/2012/HB1634
What would be particularly useful here is testimony from municipal Public Servants with direct experience and exposure to the impacts and tactics of ICLEI / Agenda 21 programs. So if anyone is interested in going to the next hearing or maybe getting involved in an email campaign to targeted NH legislators, please let me know.

Although I'm absolutely thrilled to see citizens finally taking this seriously and effectively fighting back, it's important to note that "they" feel the opposition and are shaping a counter campaign against us. We're seeing it in their newsletters and Press Releases everywhere.
ReplyDeleteOur best chance of beating this will be to educate people as quickly as possible and focus like a laser on those local contracts being made. This is one of the things that would make an outstanding projects for many Tea Party / Liberty groups because it's largely non-political and has a significant local component to it.

Find your "Regional Panning Commission" from the list below and WATCH EVERYTHING THEY DO. These are the people flooding your community with socialism and act as the central authority that connects all the "Public-Private-Partnerships" that are attacking your property rights.
